YouTube

For our generation YouTube is an international wonder along the ranks of Google, Starbucks, and MySpace. Through YouTube viewers could look for videos on anything and pratically everything and even create and upload their own videos. YouTube has created many internet celebrities whose videos easily reach over a million views. A perfect example of this is florida native Kevin Ferguson who is better know as Kimbo Slice. His street fighting videos led him to become a street legend. His exposure in YouTube also led him to a successful career in mixed martial arts.

YouTubing has become a very popular American past time and joins other internet based hobbies ending in -ing. Not to long ago, texting, blogging, and MySpacing meant nothing to the average Joe. Now and days the average Joe could be found doing all three while drinking a coffe or better said a Grande Mocha Frappucino at their local starbucks.

Work and School

Being a full-time student and working part-time is a full-time juggling act. Between work, school, and studying there isn't much time to squeeze in things I loved, such as working out and sleeping. Both have become a luxury in life and I now fully appreciate every moment I spend doing either.

Like everything in life, it's all about perspective. The cup could either be half-full or half-empty. So the good side about working and going to school is that I perfect my time management and multitasking skills, although at times I rather perfect my rock band skills. Also, since school started my Wii has being gathering a nice layer of dust. I'm definitely hoping on dusting it off sometime soon.
